Tonight’s Lesson from Ascended Master Yeshua / Jesus is this:
You realize that when, as Jesus of Nazareth, I said, “love your neighbor as yourself,” that I did not confine that sentiment to your literal neighbors who live in your same town.
I meant that you should care for ALL humans sharing this planet with you – no matter what country they come from, or what the color of their skin, or how they choose to worship Creator.
This is a lesson your humanity is currently learning – to care for all, all over your planet, disregarding the confines of borders and economic disparity between you.
The crisis at the southern border of the United States is a good example of your intolerance for others. You see them as poor and needy, and think they will cause problems if you accept them into your society. Yet I tell you that they will be a great blessing to you in many ways, as your forefathers were to this country when they arrived generations ago.
This is the lesson for today — Love your fellow humans as Creator loves all Her children.
— That’s beautiful, thank you.
Many have concerns about the hundreds of thousands of people now begging to come into the U.S.
They fear that these people, who come with next to nothing, will require massive handouts, food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, education. And that they will take jobs from those already here.
How do we answer these concerns? —
Some assistance will be needed at first, yes. However your fears of “not enough” in all these areas negate the power and wisdom and guidance of Creator Source, who will care for all Her children. This is a great test for your United States of America. You who claim you live “one nation, under God”. Do you truly recognize God/Creator in your actions as a country and as individuals?
When my father and mother fled from Nazareth, taking us to Egypt due to threats of persecution and death, was that not a prudent course of action? My father Joseph worked during the years we stayed there, and contributed to the community where they lived. My mother, too, helped the other women and children there in many ways.
In the same way, all the immigrants bring with them talents, skills and hard work which will enrich your cities and your country as a whole.
Your forefathers who founded this country realized this – they all came from another country themselves, or their ancestors did. They did not discriminate in these ways – refusing some to enter. There was room and a place for all, and there still is.
