Our Lesson for tonight will again deal with an aspect of the attributes of your Soul’s Essence. Tonight’s topic will be the ways in which Your Soul Essence will be required to help with the Ascension plan for all of the universe. —
Your Soul Essence has declared its intent to help this planet and this galaxy in its Ascension process. If you are here, incarnated at this point in time, you can be assured that this is no accident – you have freely chosen to help in various ways at this time in your history.
I will speak here on the various ways in which your help may come.
The first way you, as an incarnate human, can help currently, is by your loving intents placed in The Field for peace on Earth, cooperation and harmony with all living things found here, as well as an intent to be of service in any way you can to uplift the vibration and frequency of this world, as well as that of all the sentient beings associated with her/Gaia.

As you place your intents in the field, please be aware that all of like intent will join with you to “enlarge” this energetic pattern.
